NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you haven't received a confirmation email it means that your payment has not been processed.  Please try again. 

NOT RECEIVED A REMINDER WITH GATE CODE

Please check that you have received a confirmation email. If you haven't then your payment will not have been processed and so you haven't booked, no booking then no gate code. The code will be sent by text and email approx 1 hr before you booked time slot.
